Rooms with a view

North Hill Farm is set on a hilltop overlooking one of the most lovely valleys in Shropshire.
The majestic views take in a panorama of the Shropshire Hills from Wilstone Hill to Wenlock Edge.

It is the ideal place to stay for anyone who loves the peace of the countryside, whilst being central for Shropshire's many attractions.

The farm offers bed and breakfast to suit all pockets, including a cottage room also available for self-catering.

Shrewsbury, Ludlow and Ironbridge are all around 30 minutes away by car and it's just a short drive to Acton Scott Historic Farm.

NB. North Hill Farm is home to horses, dogs and cats as well as sheep and chickens - so is not suitable for those with animal allergies.

Thorn by Frances Brand

Have a look at this...

Anyone who enjoys the stunning beauty of the Borders landscape around here might like to try a newly published novel from a Shropshire author.

Set in the 1990s Thorns by Frances Brand is a thought-provoking book which moves between the horrific backdrop of Bosnia after the break-up of Yugoslavia and the idyllic landscape of the Shropshire Hills. One man — two love stories entwined in a trail of evil reaching from the Balkans to rural England.

It is available on Amazon in paperback or ebook and from independent bookshops.
