Accommodation

All rooms at North Hill Farm have views of the valley. All have digital TVs and tea and coffee making facilities.

The rooms are named after the birds which live around the farm.

Red Kite is a stone-built cottage room with a kitchen and private terrace.This comfortable and spacious room is ideal for a longer 'get-away-from-it-all' stay and is also available for self-catering, with optional breakfast. See Red Kite Cottage page.
Chaffinch is our courtyard room, a ground floor double-bedded en suite room with a wonderful view of the valley. It has a walk-in shower with handrails so is suitable for semi-ambulant visitors. Now with in-room refrigerator.
Nuthatch is a comfortable double-bedded room in the main house with a choice of private bathrooms.

Well-behaved, clean dogs are welcome and kennels are available if preferred. There is usually an empty field where the dogs can be let off the lead for a romp. We charge £5 per night for dogs and conditions apply, one being that dogs must not be left in the rooms unattended.

We also cater for guests with their own horses. There is plenty of parking plus facilities for motorbikes or bicycles to be under cover and an area for hosing down.

Red Kite Cottage: King size en suite - sleeps 2 plus sofa bed – b and b £120 per room per night, breakfast included.
Self-catering from £450 per week or from £95 pn for short breaks

Chaffinch: Courtyard double en suite - £90 per room per night, breakfast included.

Nuthatch: Double room with private bathroom – £90 per room per night, breakfast included.

Blue Tit: Twin with private bathroom – £80 per room per night, breakfast included.

Wagtail: Single with 4ft bed and private bathroom — £65 per night.

Other rooms for single person from £65 per night.
Discounts apply for longer stays.
There is a supplement for single nights.
Payment by BACS, cheque or cash

Cancellation policy

A deposit of not less than 25% is required when booking. This is returnable, less £10 admin charge, if cancellation is more than 28 days ahead of the booking. After that we will hold the deposit against a future booking.
